I LOVED getting to capture a small part of Chantel and Daylan's love story! These two have the brightest smiles and make anyone feel like a friend! I have had the pleasure of knowing these two for a couple years and were overjoyed when they started dating and even more excited when they got engaged! Love stories like this are my favorite! Here is what Chantel said about their proposal:
"Easter weekend, Daylan had brought flowers and a letter to the house I was staying at before I got there. Then we spent the whole weekend together just laughing, talking, and dreaming about our future. Which isn’t new for us. Then on Sunday we went to church (where all of his coworkers knew we were going to get engaged), left and ate at the flying fish in Little Rock, took a stroll by the bridge all before we were going to meet our parents for coffee. Until this point due to covid, I had never met his parents in person, so I was nervous and just thought my parents and his parents were going to meet for the first time and it was no big deal. Side note in the span of the weekend I fake proposed to Daylan twice and just thought it was hilarious. Before coffee we walked by our future apartments and just dreamed of what our life would look like. Then Daylan got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. The easiest yes I’ve ever given."
